Useful first. Verifiable always.
Every factual claim should be traceable, dated and scoped to the applicable platform or game build. Every indexed guide should also contain a distinct editorial contribution beyond a source summary.
The publication test
Before indexing a page, the desk asks: does it answer a real player task, add a comparison or procedure, show its evidence, disclose its limits and differ materially from neighboring pages? Pages that fail this test are merged, expanded or temporarily kept out of search.
Evidence hierarchy
Current first-party patch notes, store records and in-game captures rank above older first-party material. Dated direct observation and repeatable measurements are described with their setup. Community and third-party sources are labeled and never silently promoted to official fact.
Review record
A review date means the cited sources and the page's evidence boundary were checked on that date. It does not mean every mechanic was personally retested. A hands-on claim must state the platform, build, capture date and method.
Automated official feeds
A scheduled job may synchronize title, date, source URL, short source summary and media metadata from a Vietnam-tagged official article. Automated records are discovery aids. They do not become original analysis, rewrite guides or establish a gameplay conclusion without manual editorial review.
AI assistance
AI tools may assist with research organization, draft structure, code and quality checks. They are not treated as a source. Names, numbers, mechanics and current-build claims must resolve to a cited source or remain explicitly unknown.
Corrections and material changes
Confirmed errors are corrected in place. Material changes update the review date and should explain what changed. A correction request should include the page URL, disputed statement and a reliable source or reproducible observation.
Search and advertising boundary
Search demand can identify a question, but it does not justify a page without sufficient evidence and utility. Advertising is separated from editorial decisions and is withheld from unreviewed or low-information pages.
No fabricated expertise
The site does not publish invented author biographies, playtime, credentials or access. Until an individual contributor is named and verified, authorship remains the transparent Editorial Desk organization identity.
