REVERSIBLE CHECKS FIRST
What to do
- 01
Install the latest game update before changing local settings.
- 02
In Steam Launch Options, test -dx12 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system as one complete option set.
- 03
If DX12 remains unstable, remove that set and test -dx11 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system instead.
- 04
Test the official temporary suggestion of setting the in-game graphics preset to High.
- 05
Disable the In-Game Overlay in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, then retest the same map or server scenario.
- 06
Record GPU model, driver version, game build, map and exact crash text before contacting official support.
IMPORTANT LIMITS
Before changing more
- Do not use the DX11 and DX12 options together.
- These are temporary official workarounds and results vary by system.
- Remove temporary launch parameters and retest after a hotfix or driver update.
