Server Browser Empty or No Servers
Reset every browser filter, refresh once and then add only the platform or region constraint you actually need. A zero-result list does not by itself prove the game or every server is offline.

What to do

Before changing anything, capture the current search text, region, ping, platform, full-server and password filters so the failed state can be reproduced.

Clear the server-name search and reset the browser filters. Refresh once and wait for the list to finish updating.

If results return, add one constraint at a time: first the platform/server type your group needs, then region or ping. Stop when the list becomes empty to identify the filter that removed the results.

Check Hide Full Servers. Hotfix 1 hides full servers by default, so a popular region can look sparse even when unavailable servers exist.

If the list remains empty, restart the game once and compare the official status/launch notices. Record platform, region, current build and exact observation time before changing the network path.
